Welcome to the Child Psychology Library Research Libguide.  This page will aid your search of the CCM library's collections.  For this  library session, you will browse online scholarly journal articles and popular magazine articles in library databases. 

You are required to find both peer-reviewed journal articles and popular magazine articles for this assignment.

Watch the videos under the Scholarly Peer-reviewed Journal tab above.  Then, click on the Assignment tab, and read the instructions, and watch the videos on Searching the PsychARTICLES and Masterfile Elite databases.

The example search topics are:

friendship in adolescents (scholarly journal Psycharticles search)

depression in teens (popular magazine Masterfile Elite search)

Don't forget to cite your article.  For help on creating a citation, look at the Cite Your Research tab on this page, and review APA style.
